Terms of Service

01 Binding Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Operator", or "Developer") and kallme-relay (kallme-relay.lol).

By accessing the web playground, integrating API client SDKs, connecting autonomous developer agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, or Roo), or transmitting payloads to any relay endpoint (/relay/*, /huijv/*), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the service immediately.

02 Architecture & Service Provision

kallme-relay operates as an experimental reverse proxy, protocol translation layer, and pooled model aggregator. The system provides stateless bridging between heterogeneous ML API schemas, including:

  • Protocol Translation: Bidirectional transformation of Anthropic Messages API (/v1/messages) specifications and OpenAI Chat Completions API (/v1/chat/completions) specifications, including Server-Sent Event (SSE) stream emulation.
  • Quota Banking & Key Rotation: Multiplexing requests across pooled upstream accounts, dynamically retiring depleted tokens, and transparently retrying requests on candidate keys upon encountering HTTP 429 (Rate Limit) or HTTP 403 (Quota Depletion).
  • Pre-Authorization Hold Management: Clamping maximum token requests (max_tokens) to guarantee fit against upstream sub-dollar authorization balance holds.

The service is provided strictly as-is for development, research, and technical evaluation.

03 Operator Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to utilize the relay solely for legitimate engineering and software development workflows. You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Infrastructure Abuse & DoS: Execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, flood socket pipelines with unthrottled concurrent connections, or deliberately overwhelm upstream account pools.
  • Harmful & Prohibited Material: Generate, transmit, or process material involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexualization of minors under any framing; instructions facilitating imminent real-world physical violence against identified individuals; or non-consensual dissemination of private personal information (doxxing).
  • Key Extraction & Reverse Engineering: Attempt to extract banked upstream API secrets, tamper with proxy security sandboxes, or exploit the gateway routing layer to bypass provider authentication controls.
  • Automated Scraping: Run aggressive automated crawlers against the frontend web application without adhering to reasonable request pacing.

Access to quota pools is unmetered for fair personal use, but may be dynamically throttled or gated without notice during high network congestion or upstream quota exhaustion.

05 Content Rights & Output Ownership

kallme-relay claims no intellectual property rights, ownership, or licensing interest in the prompts you submit or the completions returned by upstream inference providers.

Ownership, copyright, and commercial licensing of generated text, code, or media are governed by the contractual terms of the underlying upstream provider associated with the model you selected (e.g., Anthropic Commercial Terms, OpenAI Business Terms). You assume full legal responsibility for reviewing and adhering to relevant provider licenses.

06 Model Accuracy & Hallucinations

Large language models and multimodal networks frequently generate hallucinations, syntactically flawed code, or inaccurate factual statements.

Outputs must be independently audited, compiled, and verified before being deployed into production systems, executed in command shells, or relied upon for medical, legal, or financial decisions. kallme-relay assumes no liability for errors or damages resulting from actions taken based on generated output.

07 Availability, SLA & Modifications

The service is provided on an "as-available" basis without a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We do not warrant that:

  • The relay will operate without latency spikes, socket dropouts, or upstream connection reset errors.
  • Specific models (such as experimental frontier checkpoints) will remain continuously accessible or maintain permanent backward compatibility.
  • Key bank rotation will always succeed during periods of global upstream service outages.

We reserve the right to modify, throttle, or suspend endpoints or specific model routes at any time without prior liability or notice.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, KALLME-RELAY AND ITS OPERATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

09 Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KALLME-RELAY, ITS MAINTAINERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR HOSTING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, CORRUPTED CODEBASES, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE INFRASTRUCTURE, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME—ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE RELAY, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY.

10 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless kallme-relay and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the relay, or content transmitted through your API clients.

11 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict access, block IP ranges, or reject requests from any client or automated bot that violates these Terms, attempts infrastructure exploitation, or causes abnormal upstream service disruption, without advance notice.
